Why are there so many differences in the accounts of the resurrection?
Much has been made of the fact that each of the gospel writers (Matthew, Mark, Luke and John) have different accounts of what happened on the first Easter morning. The differences can be fairly easily explained on the basis that they come from eyewitnesses. It would be really suspicious if they all claimed to have seen exactly the same thing.
However, just in case you are still confused and can't see how this can possibly to right can I point you in the direction of a very good examination of the problem and how the differences can be explained.
